How do I make a purchase?

If you want to make an on-line purchase, it is compulsory to register and subsequently login afterwards. The shopping is simple afterwards - just choose the goods in the required dimension and quantity and place it in the “basket”. When you have finished the shopping, simply confirm your invoicing and delivery address and approve the method of delivery. If you have followed the procedure correctly you will be notified that your order has been sent successfully. As proof of this you will receive an informative e-mail summarizing all the details of your order.

How do I register?

If you would like to save your time and you want to purchase our goods in just several clicks, you must register. There are two ways of doing this:

  • A) If you are an active customer or your identification data are already entered in the Hranipex database, you do not have to fill in your registration data or send the essential details. We already have your data available. All you have to do is to contact the contact person at Hranipex, the sales manager responsible for your company. The next day you can expect to receive an informational e-mail containing the data you need to log in.
  • B) If you are a new customer and your data are not entered in the Hranipex database, please go through of our registration procedure. After filling in the form we will ask you to send us your VAT CERTIFICATE  (Value Added Tax) to our e-mail address, cz-hranipex@hranipex.com or fax number +420 565 501 241-2. This document is essential for entering your company into our system. You will then be sent an e-mail with your log-in data.
