PVAc glue Jowacoll 114.80 with higher viscosity, joint-filling and tough-elastic glue film for dowel gluing of soft or hard-textured wood and particleboard on doweling machines. Suitable for pressure vessels and high pressure pumps with application nozzle.

APPLICATION / HANDLING
Surfaces should be properly free of dust and grease. With nozzle, especially applied contactless. Among others, the temperature, humidity and absorption of the materials, the coating weight and the tension within the material have different influence on the open time, the setting time and the pressing time.
We recommend that all materials coming into contact with the glue are made of high-quality stainless steel or of inert plastic (e.g. Teflon, PP, polyamide). Avoid contact with other metals (e.g. zinc, brass, copper or aluminium). For more information, contact the equipment manufacturer or our technical services.
For pressurised containers and high-pressure pumps with nozzle applicators. It should be protected from contact with iron; staining can occur with wood containing tannins.
CLEANING
After use machines and equipment can be cleaned with cold or warm water with Hraniclean 07 Cleaning Concentrate.

STORAGE
Store in the original, well-sealed packaging in a cool, dry environment at temperatures between 15 and 25°C. Shelf life is 6 months from the date of filling if proper storage conditions are observed. Protect from frost!
